Operational/Custodial Tasks - Monitor conditions and perform as necessary, through-out the day to meet predetermined standards of the following tasks.
Coffee supplies-all break rooms restocked each morning by 7:30 AM
Coffee Supply Room-organize supplies & maintain inventory
Bottled water-refill water stations and maintain inventory
Conference/Meeting Rooms-after each use remove trash/recycle materials, clean white boards, return furniture to the proper room or setting
Break Room & Restrooms- restocking supplies, cleaning, etc.
Outside ash urns emptied/cleaned
Trash & Recycling cans emptied through-out the building & grounds
Boxes-breakdown for recycling
Recycled materials-keep weekly log of all recycled materials
Carpet spots treated or carpet tiles replaced
Hard surface floors swept and/or mopped, as needed-Entryways, Break Rooms, Copy Center, Restrooms, Service Hallways, Warehouse areas
Copy Center (5000 sq. ft.)-Basic janitorial, trash and recycle removal
Tool Room-Maintain tool conditions, organization, and supplies inventory.
Office Moves-Perform small internal office relocations moving furniture & boxes
Building exterior flags- move to half or full staff as required
On Call Requirements-On Call Response to handle unusual building issues and emergencies via two way radio, cell phone, & pager, including non-operational hours (Scheduled On Call rotation with Building Manager.) Must be able to reach the building within 30 minutes, preferably 20 minutes.
Cross Training/On Call Qualifications-Maintain technical skills, daily task familiarity, and communication with Building Manager to perform sufficiently when On Call and during building emergencies.
Emergency Response Team & Crisis Management Team-Perform assigned requirements.
Misc. Building & Grounds Upkeep-Perform all tasks needed including but not limited to: ceiling & carpet tile replacements, door & closer adjustments, power washing entries & sidewalks, minor snow removal, lawn string trimming/weeding. Maintain necessary parts and supplies inventories.
Assist the Building Manager as necessary, through-out the day (and when Bldg. Mgr. is absent) to monitor and perform the following tasks:
Building & Grounds Daily Inspection- Perform daily walk-throughs of the building, looking & listening for any operational problems or concerns, especially safety or building systems related.
Building Automation System-Monitor (hourly) and assist with programming changes as directed by Facilities Dept.
Building Services contracts-Monitor and coordinate existing contracts which include, but are not limited to : HVAC systems, security, fire alarm & sprinkler systems, janitorial, landscaping, snow removal, vending, & special projects or renovations.
Building Systems Inspections-Oversee and coordinate life/safety equipment inspections, i.e. fire alarm system, sprinklers, fire extinguishers, backflow preventer.
Escort and remain with contractor employees while on site, inspect work as required, and sign off on any documentation after job completion.
Check daily work orders via web-based work order system or email, and complete as required.
Basic Carpentry, drywall repair, & painting-Perform needed tasks at a high quality level.
Basic Plumbing-Minor repairs or improvements to drains and supply lines for sinks, toilets, hose bibs, etc.
Lighting-Re-lamp existing fixtures and maintain replacement inventory.
Fleet Vehicles-Monitor vehicles physical appearance and maintenance needs, schedule & take to designated locations for refueling, cleaning, and service/repairs. Maintain service history records and perform daily inspections upon vehicle return.
Office Furniture-Minor repairs.
Screening Requirements: Drug Screen, Criminal Background CheckEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
