2K a year 21 hours ago 21 hours ago 21 hours ago PROJECT MANAGER Ruggles Sign has a wonderful opportunity for a Project Manager at our facility located in Versailles, KY, and is looking for an energetic and detailed individual who will have a positive influence as a team member within our Project Management Department.
Job Description To plan, schedule, budget, quote, oversee, and document all aspects of local, national, and international sign installation projects, working closely with the Lead Project Manager, Design Team, and Production Team to ensure each project is on schedule and within budget.
Maintain and build relationships with customer contacts, general contractors, job superintendents, subcontractors, property owners, architects, designers, municipality officials, and other trades.
Develop efficient, thorough, and collaborative communication processes to make the customer's project flow seamlessly.
Job Duties To manage local, national, and/or international sign projects as assigned.
Responsible and accountable for all aspects of assigned sign projects from start to finish.
Duties include receipt of sign project, coordinating the details of the project, coordinating subcontract work, quoting project, expediting installation of the project, service calls, and all appropriate communications pertaining to the project.
Proactively update Ruggles Sign databases; customer contacts; customer databases and reports; and customer web portals with timelines, details, photos, etc.
Coordinate project design, cost, and installation of custom sign packages to ensure timely shipping of job to meet construction schedules.
Ensure all sign project timelines are met as required (i.
e.
project quoting, sign installation, invoice submission, etc.
).
Secure project plans, determine signage needs, submit and receive sign submittal drawings/renderings approvals from customer, landlord, and municipality representatives.
Develop strong working relationships with not only customer contacts, but general contractors, job superintendents, landlords, architects & designers, municipality officials, and other trades as needed.
Work and communicate effectively with project management team, design team, and production team to solve design, schedule, installation, and other misc.
