Versailles, KY The administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Essential Functions:
Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
Maintains filing systems as assigned.
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
Ordering and disperse of uniforms.
This position will also be responsible for Route Settlement, which includes-counting cash received by the drivers, verifies that checks are signed and stamped, run a calculator tape, Invoicing, and interacting with Route Drivers in a positive and professional manner.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.
Organizational skills and high degree of attention to detail.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
Ability to work independently.
High School Diploma or Equivalent One to two years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
