Encore is temporarily offering an extra $5.
00 essential worker pay to all eligible employees.
Until December 2022, the starting pay rate for caregivers is between $18.
00-$20.
00 hourly.
After December 2022, the pay rate for caregivers will return to the original $13.
00-$15.
00 hourly rate.
Caregivers assist individuals who have difficulty performing basic day-to-day activities, for example, the elderly, disabled persons, or people suffering from chronic or mental health disorders.
Encore ADHC Caregivers participate in the Attendant Care Program of Medicaid to allow services to be provided to clients in an in-home setting.
No experience is required as we provide all the necessary training to be successful in this position.
Duties and Responsibilities of a Caregiver Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers.
Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.
Provide companionship Perform light housekeeping tasks Meal preparation and medication reminders Skills and Qualifications of a Caregiver A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others A commitment to being present and providing quality care Empathy, patience, kindness and respect An understanding of different clients' needs Communication skills are necessary to interact with clients and their families Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job A commitment to 100-percent client satisfaction Benefits Mileage reimbursement Health, Dental and Vision insurance Referral Program Background checks and pre-employment drug testing is required.
You must have a driver's license, reliable transportation and car insurance in your name or as a listed driver Pay:
